The process for selecting a New Business Partner gets initiated from the moment the applicant submits the Franchise application to CSEC. The selection process takes about 3 to 4 weeks of time from the date of the receipt of the Application.

Below are the steps which are to be followed by the Applicant for Business Partner Selection Process.

Step I Submission of the Franchise Application along with Franchise Fee
Step II SIGN up Agreement with CSEC.
Step III Site identification for Centre set up.
Step IV Make Interiors as per Layout Specified by CSEC
Step V Staff Recruitment
Step VI Staff Training
Step: VII Run pre launch teaser campaign
Step: IX Centre launch as per CSEC guidelines
  1. Educational Qualifications
  • Interested Individual should be a graduate in any discipline.
  • Technical back ground
  1. Business experience and skills—
  • Strong business acumen.
  • The individual applicant should have sufficient business / professional experience in any functional area.
  • The Company/Firm/Association should be registered under Service Tax Act.
  1. Commitment—
  • Individual should share vision and values of CSEC in the field of IT education.
  • Commitment to devote full time attention to the venture or to source professional help in running the venture.
  1. Geographical knowledge-
  • The candidate should have complete knowledge of the regional market.

Faculty Training Support:

  • CSEC organizes induction programmes for new Business Partners and their staff.
  • It undertakes Faculty and Counselor training.
  • It hosts sales and marketing training periodically.
  • CSEC conducts ongoing training on new products.

Curriculum and Courseware Support:

  • CSEC provides cutting-edge curriculum and courseware at cost price basis 

Administrative Support:

  • The company designs the admission process
  • CSEC offers a special Centre management Software for maintaining student records and managing centre operations.

Marketing and Advertising Support:

  • CSEC provides Marketing and collaterals at cost price basis
  • CSEC takes marketing and advertising initiatives at a national level.
  • For region specific advertising CSEC provides aid to Business Partners, which is subject to minimal charge.
  • CSEC offers new Business Partners an initial start-up kit containing product brochures and promotional material free of cost.

Q.4.   What type of support you will give from the company for sales?
A.4.    CSEC carries out three Joint promotional schemes every Year which helps all partners generate more than 5 lac leads and around 3 lac admissions across all             
          400 Centres.

Q5.      How long will it take to complete business partner selection process?
A5.     Once the application is received from the potential applicant, it takes 3-4 weeks more for the Business Partner selection process.

Q1.      How do I prepare the centre infrastructure?
A1.     CSEC provide you with complete guidance to setup infrastructure.

Q.2.     When will our faculty be trained?
A2.   As per the faculty Training calendar the Staff training will be conducted before the launch of the center

Q. 3     After how many years will my license need to be renewed?
Ae. .   The validity for the license is for three years. The license will be renewed after
the end of third year depending on the performance.

 

A CSEC Franchisee must:

  1. Make required investment to start the CSEC center.
  2. Pay Franchisee Fee as part of the agreement.
  3. Sign a Franchisee agreement with CSEC
  4. Comply with CSEC procedures and policies for admission of students, training, course administration, evaluation and marketing.
  5. To deliver the course as per the Faculty guide.
  6. Arrange for timely delivery of Certificates to students.
  7. Integrity and loyalty with inculcated ethics and discipline.
  8. Work towards Business objectives set by CSEC.
  9. Share the One Vision and Mission.
